Community Health Care
St. Mary’s
Hospital is now offering community access to health care in Lexington Park.
This is an opportunity for people who have no health insurance or physician to
obtain basic medical evaluation, treatment, and referral to appropriate
resources for health care. The Health Connections van will be staffed by
volunteer health professionals. A small administrative fee may be charged. The
van will be at the Lexington Park Library on Mondays
from 1-5 p.m. Come see and please spread the word!
Habitat for Humanity
Habitat for
Humanity is sponsoring an aluminum can
fundraiser.
Ladies Night Out
The Ladies of the church meet every 3rd Monday of the month at 6:00PM. Bring a
craft, a project, or just come and visit. Contact Kae Clarke or the church
office for more information.

Batter Up!
Well, it's Softball Season again.
The team is always looking for some new players, so please contact
Marsha
to sign-up. Practice games are held every Saturday at 9:00am at the
Chestnut Hills ball field. Click

Choir
The Church Choir and the Handbell Choir would love to have some new members. The
Adult Choir is open to high school or older. The Handbell Choir is open to
middle school or older, have an interest in hand bells, and know how to read
music. Please contact our Choir Director, Diane Trautman, via the church office
at 301-863-8551 if you would like to participate.
Acolytes
Please contact the church office if your child is in 4th grade or above and
would like to become an Acolyte. It is a great and fun way to help your church.

The food pantry in the county is in extremely short
supply and can use any type of canned goods, boxed cereal, peanut butter
or packaged dinners. Please bring your donations to the Church
Narthex.
Don't forget your GROCERY BAGS and
clean EGG CARTONS too! |
